The Big Dipper Passive (formerly Little Dipper) LD-200 Hydromechanical Grease Interceptor is rated to the ASME A112.14.3 standard and is capable of accepting up to a 20 GPM (1.26 l/s) flow while holding 47.1 lbs. (21.4 kg) of grease.

Big Dipper Passive Model No. LD-200, bright finish type 304 stainless steel exterior, rotationally molded polyethylene interior passive hydromechanical grease interceptor(s) for floor mounted or partially recessed installation, rated by ASME A112.14.3 standard at 20 gallons per minute (1.26 l/s) peak flow to separate and retain 98.1% of grease, totalling 47.1 pounds (21.4 Kg) of grease capacity and including as an integral part of the unit, 2" (50mm) Inlet/Outlet connections, an integral flow control device, an integral gas trap, quick release stainless steel lid clamps, 1” NPT vessel vent connection, and a gasketted and fully removable 304 stainless steel lid. Two (2) no-hub connectors for plumbing connection provided.
