Thermaco Big Dipper W-350-IS-T
The Thermaco Big Dipper W-350-IS-T is an automatic, self-cleaning grease-and-oil recovery separator designed for floor-mounted or partially recessed installation. This unit is engineered to efficiently separate and remove grease and oil from wastewater in commercial kitchens and food service establishments.
The unit features a rotationally molded polyethylene exterior and interior. It is rated to ASME A112.14.3 and/or PDI-G 101 standards.
